- SELEX Galileo Ltd does not produce "Substances" or "Preparations"
- SELEX Galileo Ltd Lifecycle Management Process will be used to address the product-related regulatory requirements of REACH.
- SELEX Galileo Ltd will use chemicals according to the information on risk management measures passed down the supply chain.
- SELEX Galileo Ltd may occasionally use small quantities of chemicals in a manner not foreseen by their manufacturer. Such use will be strictly controlled to ensure that SELEX Galileo Ltd meets the regulatory requirements of REACH. Wherever practical, the manufacturer will be informed of the use.
- SELEX Galileo Ltd may occasionally source small quantities of chemicals from outside the European Union. Such procurement will be monitored and recorded to ensure that regulatory requirements of REACH are met.
- SELEX Galileo Ltd will work with its suppliers to help ensure that the requirements of the REACH Regulations are addressed.
